Burnout: Not Just Stress – Understanding and Taking Action!
Mental Preparation
The main goal of mental preparation is to transform stress into an ally for better performance. As an accredited ASCA therapist, I see athletes, musicians, and other professionals in my office who wish not only to reduce the negative effects of stress but also to use it to achieve their goals.

Athletes, musicians, and professionals...
In sports, champions like Teddy Riner and Léon Marchand testify to the importance of mental preparation. For musicians, each note or chord can make all the difference. And for professionals, managing stress is essential, whether it's speaking in public, defending an idea, or presenting a product. Learn how to use stress as a turbo rather than a burden, and optimize your performance with mental preparation strategies tailored to each field.

Understand and Share.
My interest in mental preparation began with extreme challenges like the Ironman, the Marathon des Sables, and the Diagonale des Fous, where physical endurance alone is not enough. These races taught me that mindset is the key to success. But it’s through living these experiences that I truly understood their significance. Today, I share these skills applied to sports, the office, and home. Discover how mental preparation can help you achieve your goals, whether in a marathon, at work, or in your everyday life.

Mentally Ready?
Immersing Yourself in the Flow State to Optimize Your Performance.
This title effectively conveys the idea that mental preparation enables you to reach a state where you fully harness your skills, emphasizing the importance of the present moment (the big day), when you can outperform your training. It also highlights how your inner state directly impacts your performance, whether in competition, an important meeting, or a concert.
